“What an awful company, ordered several items for my birthday spending around 170 pound. My first issue was the delivery not sure if it’s there fault or the company they use I’m sure it’s DPD you pay around £6/7.00 for it to take over a week I mean SHEIN is quicker and it’s coming from China. The sizing, I would not bother unless your under a size 12 and are PETITE not very size inclusive at all and I wouldn’t say they’re measurements on the website are particularly accurate I wouldn’t mind either but the average size in the UK is a 16 so you’d think they would cater to more sizes. One example is a two piece set I ordered which included a bodysuit which fit everywhere apart from length ways stated nowhere that it was petite abit ridiculous for it to not even fit over my boobs. Bare in mind I don’t have much there. The main issue is the customer service and just overall quality of the products they sell all beautifully photographed the clothes look pretty deceiving as when they arrive really lack quality. I received a blue leather dress best out of a bad bunch of the outfits as it’s the only thing that fit properly but as I pulled up the second strap it immediately snapped now correct me if I’m wrong but any garment costing £40+ pound SHOULD NOT snap when trying it on, I thought okay it might be me so I’ve tugged on the right hand strap. No give or signs of snapping perfectly sewn onto the dress unlike the other side which simply much have had a loose thread to break so easily mistakenly in there “policy” it states you have to report damages within 24 hours of receiving your items, which is funny really as I emailed them 6 hours after the “24 hour” time limit yet they still didn’t respond until days later after I pestered them on Instagram. For them to turn around and say that because the item wasn’t sent out to me in that condition that I would not be receiving a refund AND the fact I hadn’t messaged them within the 24 hours after arguing back and fourth and the company telling me that “they quality check all there items before being sent out” that it is ME the customers fault that a dress has snapped within 30 seconds of putting it on. I have honestly never felt so offended after providing time stamps of when I received the item and when it was tried on it just feels like some sort of scam, send a faulty item out it breaks and then have no remorse for the customer and essentially accuse them of breaking the strap or wearing the item when this was not the case at all. I even sent video evident of me pulling on the strap after they had sent it back to me with no response. Granted I did not email within the 24 hours slot but 6 hours over and there’s no leeway to comprehend with the customer. No wonder people stick to ordering with big companies sometimes as the entitlement of small business is shocking. Then to top this whole ordeal off, I want to send back the rest of my items as not a single one fit (baring in mind I ordered the largest size) to be told they only give CREDIT NOTES after just being traumatised with the first “broken dress” fiasco. I argue this as it says in there policy they do full refunds and they turn around and say when I ordered that that wasn’t there policy, well it is NOW any reputable company would honour that. I also read the policy when ordering as I’ve had a similar experience with them a few years prior and could of sworn it said they do full refunds or I wouldn’t of bothered to order I now wish I screen shot this as evidence, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and I really wish I never bothered. They have over 500K on Instagram so must be getting a few orders and they’re just totally ripping people off. Personally I would use any other company than this one if you value your money. Just one more thing to add NO free returns which is fine, but when they don’t give refunds when it says it in there policy and there sizing and customer service is rubbish then why would you want to deal with the company? I spent 7 pound to return my items then they expect you to shop again and again returning your stuff back and fourth by the time you’ve found something half decent the credit note they’ve given you is worthless as you’ve spent the same amount sending your returns back!”
“Had a bad experience with Sorrelle a few months back, sent me the complete wrong item, they then issued me a gift card, I chose another item and this still came wrong.
I decided to give them another chance and order from them again, this time I ordered a co ord trouser set but got sent a skirt. I sent several messages to the Instagram who weren’t much help. When asking for a trouser set to be sent out to me I then got told they were out of stock. Shambles”

“They don’t answer emails. I ordered two of the same outfit but they only actually sent one yet the note inside claimed there was two so I have to pay for both as I can’t prove they didn’t send it (which they did not!) material is very poor quality.
Also I ordered a lot of bikinis which don’t fit and I can’t send them back as they don’t accept returns! These were terrible quality also. Now I have a over £100 of bikinis I won’t wear and have to keep.

Do not recommend. I ordered an outfit size (M) which is stated as a 10-12. This did not fit me. For reference I am a small 12. This company does not refund money, just gives you store credit note which would be fine, however I’m now stuck with a credit note for a company that doesn’t stock sizes larger than a 12! And as I stated above their size M didn’t fit me!! Not very inclusive in this day and age! I emailed and got a reply of a link to their terms and conditions page! What a cheek honestly! After sending a second email in response I’ve now not received a reply! Honestly avoid this store at all costs! Terrible customer service!

“Initially I ordered an outfit and was not told until the day of delivery it was in fact out of stock. I’d paid 7 pound for quick delivery. So I re ordered and paid again. Neither item came next day as specified they each took around a week and they refused to refund postage. The quality of the clothes when they arrived was horrible. So thin worst quality I’ve experienced. I then returned them and they refused to give me store credit on an item as they said it was returned late even though they delivered to me a week late. They only gave me store credit for the other item. I haven’t been sent back the rejected item (due to ‘late’ return) so they have stole from me. I have been trying to get consistent contact from customer service for two months and it’s so slow as they clearly have intentions of keeping my money and the clothing which is unfair on anyone. The customer service team are also rude when told they clothes are poor quality. Would never give any more money to this brand. Worst I’ve ever experienced theyll steal your money as it’s the only way they can make money because the clothing is awful. I’m purely going to spend the store credit so they can’t keep even more of my money for nothing in return.”

Upon receiving the dress, it felt like it was cut from a stocking, one adjustment and the whole thing would probably rip. It’s also completely see through and should not be worn out in public. You can find similar clothes on shein for way less and better quality. I would not suggest purchasing from here, you’d never get a response even if you did decide to return it.”
