Had a bad experience with Sorrelle a few months back, sent me the complete wrong item, they then issued me a gift card, I chose another item and this still came wrong.
I decided to give them another chance and order from them again, this time I ordered a co ord trouser set but got sent a skirt. I sent several messages to the Instagram who weren’t much help. When asking for a trouser set to be sent out to me I then got told they were out of stock. Shambles
