In regards to the refund, this should be paid to you with in 14 days of the date the refund is agreed and via the SAME PAYMENT METHOD" £79.04 is a LOT OF MONEY to be ripped off with. When I try to comment on the facebook, twitter & instagram accounts of sorelle's owners - who are easy to find online - they delete comments and block me. Like and share the MANY bad reviews of them to all your instagram, twitter and facebook accounts. Shame them into doing the right thing. Stop others being ripped off.
