“Germaine instantly understood my setup and quickly helped me troubleshoot a card reader that wouldn't sync. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also explained what caused it and how to spot it in the future. Sure enough, it happend again - and this time, I fixed it myself in 30 seconds. Felt great!”
