“Horrible Wi-Fi service. I'm trying to play a simple game like ROBLOX on LOW GRAPHICS and this Wi-Fi lagged out in less than 10 minutes. I also have last year's ALIENWARE, a very good gaming computer, so this is surprising. I also had an experience with Spotify Web, and it seemed to lag on THAT. Horrible service, do not get Spectrum Wi-Fi.”
“Not only my experience but other people that I know have been cheated out of money from this people;I ordered the Apple 13 pro,but they sent the regular 13 I was excited and opened the box only to see that they sent the wrong one then they charge me for restocking and they claim that It was damaged,they lie and cheat to cover their mistakes save your selfs headaches and money stay away from this company”
“The company is unethical, they know they have a virtual monopoly, so they don’t care about customer satisfaction. When you return your equipment, return it to a Spectrum office, get a detailed receipt, and verify that the receipt is correct (e.g. serial number of the device). Don't give it to UPS, UPS is great but Spectrum will pretend they never received it and bill you for it. DO NOT use auto-pay with Spectrum, if you have it, cancel it! Document every contact you have with them, or they will pretend you never called before. CSRs are super nice, mostly, but the company is corrupt.”
“Not happy with this service for the last 3 months. Cable , phone and internet service has been very bad lately, if it doesn't improve soon I will have to consider going to Solarus for my service. I have had good service with Charter for over 30 years, so I don't know what could be causing these issues now.”
