“I've recently had a very successful engagement with Spirehouse over a leadership post. Matt took the time to understand the sort of person that we're looking for in the role- looking beyond lines in a Job Description. He understood the importance of the right culture to our business and so sought to find candidates who would complement and drive this. He was responsive and open to feedback and I feel that we built a good relationship through the course of the recruitment. He was not pushy but took clear responsibility for his part in the process. “I have recently used the services of Spirehouse Recruitment to recruit a CEO for our charitable Trust. My point of contact was Matt Baird throughout the entire process. Matt was thoroughly professional in his approach from start to finish. He worked constructively with both myself as Chairman and our selection committe to tailor his approach to our requirements and specification. “As a contractor, there are a couple of key things that are really important:- am I being championed and represented appropriately to the client? are the recruitment consultancy’s processes quick and slick? can I quickly get hold of the managing consultant? am I paid accurately and on time? In Spirehouse Recruitment’s case it’s yes, yes, yes and yes! Jack is an excellent consultant and always makes himself available if I need him. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other HR contractors.”
