“We have been using Staff Sqaured for over a year now. It has become an essential tool to enable us to onbaord new starters with ease. The team have found digitalisation of annual leave easy to transition to. The file functions allow us to ensure all team members get access to essential documents as needed and being able to monitor the "read" function allows us to show necessary compliance too. The Staff Sqaured team have been always available when needed and have been able to help us manage the platform if we have struggled.”

“Staff Squared could not be easier to use. We have managed to onboard 20 staff with all the necessary details and protocols in place. This has all been completed in less than 24 hours. The feedback from the team has been excellent - especially since there is an even easier app that syncs seamlessly. Not only is this straight forward to use, it is great value.”

“I joined the company just a month ago and had no support in HR who can guide me in using the Staff Square system. I was grateful to have the support of Hitesh Bhatt who took the time to walk me through the key features including the report functionalities and helped respond to my queries whenever I am unfamiliar with the system. Recently, I needed help to complete an important survey from the regulatory authorities and he was prompt in helping and showing me how to pull out the relevant reports. “I have worked with Hitesh on a couple of occasions now and he has been so supportive each time. He's really easy to contact and happy to adapt to suit each client. I work as a HR consultant for small firms and I only recommend that they use Staff Squared.”
