“ I did eventually receive my item from Stax Online after having to contact them by phone. The Chat line and email was never answered. The person I contacted by phone explained that they where short staffed and they would dispatch my item immediately which they did. The item sat in there "Pick" area on the tracking info for some eight days, way beyond the specified time for delivery until I made the phone call. ”
