“ Great price on the Artusi microwave we ordered. After about a week I sent an enquiry via email asking what was the delay with no reply. Couple of days later called to be told that they are waiting for stock to come in. When I ordered it did not say out of stock on the online ordering. Was close to three weeks before microwave arrived. Bit of a shame about the service as Stax beat Appliances Online by about $110. ”
