“When I switched to view the website in NZD, it stated the shipping was free for orders over $200NZD. I was confused and didn’t realised I got charged for shipping costs. I emailed stating I thought this was supposed to be refunded, as I thought it was an error. Although I was informed this was actually in Euros, and that the website hadn’t been updated properly. It definitely needs updating nonetheless as it is misleading. Please see attached image when the website is converted for New Zealand, it clearly states at the top the free shipping for orders over $200 NZD.”
“UPDATE 24FEB2024: Between now and the time I wrote this review, the owner contacted everyone from this batch who ordered a hoodie, and shipped out a new one completely free, including reimbursing me for the duties and taxes I paid on it.
I returned this hoodie because it is the worst quality experience I have ever had when this company, and I have been ordering from you guys since 2018.
First off, the title of the listing is deceptive - it says 400GSM heavyweight hoodie, which made me think it would be similar to the SVPRR line hoodies you guys did. I got it, and it looks to be a standard 65%/35% cotton/poly blend, which is listed in the description…but I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place if I knew it was a standard hoodie and not a heavyweight one.
The 3M (if it IS geniune 3M) is really low quality. It honestly looks like silver print, I could barely get it to reflect any light at all. And, it came cracked on the hoodie/with parts of the screenprint missing, which is completely unacceptable for a $170 hoodie.
You charged me $75 to ship - which is an outrageous price, even with 2023 rates - which also didn’t cover duties, which were another $54. So I paid $129 to get a damaged hoodie in literally a crumpled brown paper bag, which is the packaging I shipped you guys this right back in.
I used to actually keep the boxes stay cold used to ship their orders in, as well as the stickers. It honestly feels blatantly disrespectful and deceptive for this company to cut corners the way you guys have been doing in the last few years.”
