Hey Jordan, we are incredibly sorry for this massive delay but it seems that your parcel is lost. You are absolutely right to be frustrated—it’s been way too long! While we are currently checking with UPS to locate your original package - which is not your problem - we already sent you a message with the offer to ship out a replacement immediately to make sure you finally get your items. We´re really sorry again and hope we can fix this as soon as possible!

“T shirt was well made with good material and design but when arrived it was a different colour to advertised. Pictures show the design to feature yellow / gold trims but item I received was orange instead. Pictures are likely edited / with a filter when shown with product listing”

Hey Dan, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you like the material and design, but we are incredibly sorry that the color didn't match your expectations. We try to capture our products as realistically as possible, we clearly failed to show the true tone of the trims in this case. We messed up if the "gold" you saw online turned out to be "orange" in person, and we take your point about the filters very seriously. We have sent you a message to see how we can fix this for you—whether it's a return or another solution to make sure you end up with a piece you truly love.
