Hey, thanks for your patience. I just looked into this and it looks like there was a major issue with the UPS delivery, which is why the package is being sent back to us. Because we didn't want you to wait any longer, we have already proactively issued a full refund for your order. You should see the funds back in your account within the next few days. I’m truly sorry the shipping was such a disaster. Even though the delivery fail was on the carrier's side, we know it's frustrating as hell and it’s clearly our responsibility to make sure you’re taken care of.
