“Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great but not really the fault of the company. My husband had always wanted a sweater but it was always out of our price range. I saved up all year to order the hoodie to Canada. I had followed the sizing guide but sadly it was too small due to the shape of the hoodie I think. I was crushed because due to the import fees I could not attempt a return and repurchase. Good quality sweater, just didn’t fit how expected.”
