I wanted to share one huge disapointment regarding the items I recieved - it was smoke-stained. The smell was so intense that I needed to move it to washing maching immidiatly.
Please fix that! The new cloths shouldn't smell.”
“I have no issues with customer service or delivery, I was informed of progress and it arrived on time. The hoody itself I didn't feel was really quite the quality I was hoping for, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't 150€ good. The fit was odd. I am an above average height woman and the small was far too big (I realise they are oversized but even with the cuffs folded up the sleeves were ridiculously long). My partner could just get away with it.”

“The parcel took quite a bit to arrive, longer than suggested. There was an import tax due, which the company did not warn me about when purchasing. I was shocked as the tax was 3/4 of the price of the purchase.The customer service response I got when I wrote to them about it, was that the website mentions this. But when you make an order you are taken to a UK site, so one assumes the products are already here. Very deceptive and not "Cool".”

“Love the sizing of the shirt and the fit, great shipping and service. However the black design around the neck almost completely blends in with the shirt color. It does not look like the product photos at all. The lightning is also not as prominent as the photos, so overall the shirt looks rather bare.”

“Sehr angesagter Shop. Für die Preise lässt sich meiner Meinung nach eine höhere Qualität erwarten. Weiterhin wäre es schön, wenn die Retouren kostenfrei angeboten werden. Der Sitz des Shops ist in Berlin, allerdings ausschließlich auf Englisch. In meinen Augen mehr Schein als Sein. Schade eigentlich.”
“Die Drucke sind sehr kreativ aber nur von mittelmäßigerer Qualität - leider sind die Shirts nicht wirklich schön, edel verpackt. Des Weiteren finde ich den Preis etwas zu hoch.
