“I ordered a headset from Steelseries on 12th November. It was supposed to be delivered on the 17th November. 6 weeks later and I am still waiting for the product.
I have made many attempts to find out from Steelseries when I will be likely to receive the product but it is impossible to talk directly to this company, you have to raise a 'ticket'. Well, my first ticket went unanswered for 10 days. I explained to them that I had contacted the courier and the courier had stated that they had lost the item. So instead of sending out another headset for me, Steelseries insisted I should continue to track the item and be patient.
The latest correspondence from Steelseries tells me that I must now wait until 11th January next year whilst they find out from the courier where the headset is.
I dont understand why I am being made to wait for an item that has already been declared lost by the courier.
I also do not understand how Steelseries has so little customer care that they think treating their customers in this way is OK. Any decent, reputable company would have sent me a replacement long ago.
Needless to say, I have now asked for my money back. Who knows how long that will take”
