“Ordered product 4 days before I needed it, didn't arrive for over a week. Ended up going to Selco to get similar product. Haven't even opened package to test tape yet.”

Hi Steven and firstly thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your product fast enough. Our customer service team are very proactive when it comes to notifying our customers of delays in their order. This sounds like it may have been a delay on the courier side of things. “Nice product, quick delivery but if one pays with PayPal it isn't obvious that they know your address until you get the receipt which might be efficient but it is unnerving.”

“as for customer service sticky products has to be commended, as for the carpet protector i'm not at all impressed with, iv'e just bought a new motor home and there was protector on the carpets which was fairly thick the item i got is thin and soon comes off. yours sincerley andrew maddison”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review Andy. When an item is out of stock we always give the customer the longest possible lead time provided to us by the supplier. In most cases we still turn round these orders in a few days anyway, but it's just so we don't let anyone down. I've raised this point with our customer support team moving forward, as it can be misleading when the item shows up after 3 days instead of 10. Kind regards, Jordan
