“Best price I could find (Febond Blue Grit) - even allowing for delivery costs. Item was not in stock - it would have been helpful if this was known before ordering online but I received an email explaining this and detailing when it was due in - very helpful. Courier used wasn't one which sends texts or emails advising of delivery time and I missed first delivery - a signature was required although item value didn't really warrant this and I would have been happy for parcel to be left by the door, redelivery happened ok on arranged day. I would happily use the company again.”

Hi Gary, I apologise for this and I'm glad we could speak over the phone to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the courier didn't leave a card when they tried to deliver on 9/6/15 and we were unaware you had not received your order. As discussed over the phone, we've contacted the courier and your order will be with you tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience.
