“I rented a property that is in need of my repairs which were not highlighted at viewing or before Tenancy was signed there is significant unresolved plumbing issues throughout the flats I have had to have windows jammed closed due to broken springs I have been left without running water for 6 days due to a leaking boiler that took them over 3 weeks to repair and subsequently without being shower as there is no hot water in the shower unit for which will take them 14 days just to get a plumber to look at I have a stage 2 complaint pending and have had to seek legal advise.”

I've been hospitalised x4 (2 life threatening) and required medical attention x 7 in less than 6months due to stonewaters contractors painting over significant black mould and not treating it...
I have a complaint currently with the Ombudsman 77877 for significant failures during 2022/2023
I have an ongoing complaint re services not delivered 96353
I also have a live lawsuit against these cowboys for the current disprair to my property
They've also illegally overcharged myself and 5 other residents £900+ each over the last 4 years and pursued legal action for debt, which never actually existed, putting them clearly in contempt of court.
They've offered to refund only £160 of the £1091 credit on my rent account.

“I have never ever been so disgusted at the way me and my to young children have been treated and the way we have been made to live as a result of stonewaters negligence I have had no hearing in my children's bedroom for 2 years and still it's almost impossible for them to take it seriously and fix the problem nobody can give me straight answers as I am only ever aloud to speak to people who are sat in front of a computer screen with no power to help or offer me and helpful information! Time and time again I phone and am Palmed off and the blame gets passed on I also have had no bathroom flooring for almost 2 years and been left with awful bodged work in my bathroom this company have no empathy and in the middle of winter me and my children are in a freezing cold flat with temporary heaters to compensate for fully working heating in 2019 it's absolutely appalling and heartberaking as a mother to have small children in a freezing cold flat.”
