We apologise for the delay, usually deliveries to Queensland take 1-3 days, in this instance the delay was due to the business name not being included in the sending address which caused confusion for the courier service. As our per our conversations with you we have spoken with the courier and are endeavouring to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.
Once the herbs arrive we'd love to hear how you go with them.

I apologise for the delayed response - this review slipped through :(
We apologise on behalf of our courier for not leaving a note in the letter box as this is their standard practice. We use both Fastway and Australia Post for deliveries, however, our default courier is Fastway. (You can opt for Australia Post in the notes when you place your order if you prefer to pick up from post offices).
In our experience, they have proven to be the fastest in delivering our orders and they use parcel connect locations such as newsagencies or petrol stations and there are more of these around Australia than there are Post Offices. Therefore it is usually more convenient for our customers to pick up from parcel connect locations - as they also often are open hours that extend beyond business hours.
We apologise if this experience was an inconvenience for you as we pride ourselves on our customer service and shipping our orders as soon as possible! Hopefully you have been loving your herbs once you finally received them
