We do recommend a 7-10 day loading period. Also, everyone's tan will be different depending on the time and frequency of using sunbeds. We are always here for help and advice and always encourage our customers to contact us first.

Hi Sarah, Sorry you haven't seen the results you have been hoping for, however I have checked our records and can see your item was only delivered on the 22nd of this month (6 days ago), we would usually recommend customers use it for at least two weeks, 3-4 times a week and use sunbeds regularly to see results, without knowing how you have used it we are unable to help.
