“Their snapchef is not good. Once u broke the detachable handle, the whole set is as useless as it can be. It seems they also do not have enough supply of it. I asked their customer service and i was not given a definite answer. In the meantime, while waiting for the supply of detachable handle, customers would not be able to use their cookware set. I do not recommend this product at all. The quality is not good. I had some pans replace coz its easier burnt and leaving marks… took long time to resolve the issue. Stay far far far away from these products. There are more superior pans at cheaper price you can find out there.”
