“This company is terrible.they had to pick me up at 12.40 from the hotel to airport they never showed up i had to take a taxi When I was in the airport one and half hours later they text me that they be there in 20 minutes my plane was ready to take off in 30 minutes and hotel to airport was about 30 minutes drive.if you don’t want to miss your flight never use this company”
“The booking was messed up and they gave me this Uber driver which I needed a car rental when I got in the car. I asked him if they were enterprise car rental he didn’t understand me because his English was really bad. I kept asking him is this enterprise enterprise and I said I need a car rental. The booking was messed up. I tried to get a refund and they won’t refund me my money. what a mess hundred dollars wasted down the drain. If only the driver knew English, I wouldn’t have gotten in the car. I kept asking him who he was who are you? Who are you? He wouldn’t answer me.”
“Do not book with Talixo. We arrived early at Madrid airport to be told a short time after our driver had arrived. We then proceeded through the exit arrived at the designation pick up point at cafe Paul, we were not greeted by a driver but instead told to make our way to the parking lot it then took the driver a further 20mins to arrive. We would have been far better just grabbing a taxi when we arrived. This is not a service to use. Don’t waste your time and money. Angie at Gomez experience should not be customer facing. She is exceptionally unhelpful and difficult to deal with”
“This company is a JOKE! and shouldn't be allowed to operate. We booked a transfer from Sorrento to Naples for 4:00am to get to the airport for our 7am flight. We get a call to our room at 1am from reception saying our transfer driver is here to take us to the airport, we go down stairs to explain we booked this for 4am, the driver said no it's booked for 1am even though all of the paperwork and booking confirmation say 4:00am. The driver then proceeds to blame us and say maybe you booked it wrong, even though our booking shows 4am which was shown to him. When asked if he can call his company and get this sorted, he laughed and said no my boss is asleep, what sort of 24 hour company doesn't have a after hours contact for their drivers. The driver then says he's tired and wants to go home, and says he will not come back at 4am as per the booking and that no other transfer will come to pick us up. Leaving us stranded 1 hour away from Naples airport and €275 euro out of pocket, paying a premium price for a beyond terrible service, leaving us with no choice to a taxi costing another €275 euro just to get us to the airport in time. This company is the most useless company I've ever dealt with in my life, they deserve a negative star rating and should not be in operation. I would never book anything through this company unless you want to be left stranded in a foreign country with no help from the company or the driver. USELESS DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS.”

We booked Talixo to pick us up at the airport in Curacao to take us to the hotel. The Talixo driver could not wait on everyone, as some of our party was in immigrations about 15 min behind, so the driver left us all at the airport stranded.
We immediately reached out to Talixo to ask for a refund and cancel the return trip. It took us 6 days to get a response on chat, to only tell us we need to call our booking agency. Booking agency reached out, and Talixo would not offer a full refund.”

After a 10 hour flight to Dominican Republic and pre-booked with this company. Upon arrival driver fed us some complete BS that we had cancelled our transfer. Why would we do that having prepaid??
Even after showing them payment confirmation on mobile banking app and having a print out of our booking he was ignorant, rude and unhelpful. 2 hours at DR airport stressed and with a 6 yr old crying his eyes out. Showed no signs of attempting to help and when calling company they said nothing they could do.
A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY.
Ended up having to pay an additional $100 to get a taxi due to ineptitude, arrogant and the most unhelpful pr1ck left us stranded.”
