However, after 3 YEARS they decided to take over my tax returns and take money out of me through various fees. I have asked them to delete my account immediately and stay away from my own finances. I still don't understand how they were able to do so without my consent. They are a bunch of scammers and I will surely contact HMRC regarding this.”
“I just found out this company had appointed themselves, without my consent, as my agent for HMRC self assessment! Luckily I spotted this when I was on my HMRC self assessment account looking for something else. I had them removed immediately. I have always applied directly to HMRC for any rebates due and never had a problem, so there is no need to use these 3rd party companies and I never would.
