“I ordered online, paid and never saw the product. Called them, emailed them over and over until I lost it. Their customer care is beyond appalling. First they lied to me on the phone and said all would be taken care of and they would resend my products for me to receive by express mail and nothing more was needed from me. Then they started emailing me to say that they wouldn't do anything unless i signed a declaration that needed printing and scanning back. I don’t have a printer and I can’t find one in the middle of a lockdown so I just typed my name of the form and emailed back from my personal inbox that also has my name in it but that wouldn’t do for these people who now have basically stopped all action on the case. Also the phone call I had was forgotten so they started going through the same conversation I already had about choosing between refund and resend and finally the guys are so slow that they can’t figure out my first name from the mail and believe me it s very very obvious. I am so much frustration and distress I can’t get over this. I’m thinking about suing.”
