“Received the two pairs of catches but despite the description on the box being identical one set of catches was too big - still waiting on a replacement set”

Hi Kevin, We are sorry for the issue that you had. Unfortunately, this was a packaging error by the manufacturer, SKB in the USA, who put the wrong latch in the box.
