“Their support service is not very responsive nor understanding. Their selection is very limited and not diverse at all. Their website is terrible, and their photos even have stains and dirt in some of them. Would not recommend.”
“I really wanted to like the Devout, but the customer service has been horrendous. I was going to be traveling when my box was due to changeover, so I reached out proactively to customer service, who did not help at all. While I was gone, a new box was delivered (via a different delivery service than quoted, so I had no idea), then picked up again instead of the old box which sat in front of my flat for 10 days. I have emailed customer service every day this week to fix the issue and still don't know how to cancel my account or get the box back to them.
Very disapointing, as the clothes and concept are great. The site itself still needs a lot of work.”

As you know when we attempted delivery via DPD you were not in to accept delivery of the box and return them your old box, so your new box got returned back to us. We let you know we'd be able to send your new box out to you and instead you decided to cancel, which we've provided information on what happens next.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say "via a different delivery service" as this was delivered by DPD.
You can always refer to the booklet contained in your box or our support centre for all the information you need.

“Terrible. So disappointed. The concept is great but they don't fulfil what they offer on their website.
Of the 5 items I borrowed only one fitted and, of the 4 ill fitting ones, 2 were nothing like the photos and couldn't be worn at all (the jeans particularly were shown grazing the ankles of the model, but bunched round my ankles when I stood on tiptoes. I'm 5'6" and had the smallest size!). The site said that 1 item per order could be swapped if it didn't fit, but when I ask customer services if I could do that they refused. The wording has now been changed on the website, but I have no faith in the service.... if they refuse to do one thing that they said they'd do, what else could go wrong?
Basically I've paid more to hire an item for a month than I would have paid to buy it, and wasted loads of time with totally unhelpful customer services. If I've had this much trouble with something that should be so simple, I dont want to run the risk of having more difficulties.

Hi Rachel, thanks for your review. Our team offered to swap sizes of the jacket you ordered as you did not like how it fitted. You mentioned it was too short, but the jacket is a cropped jacket. As for the jeans, we would have gladly exchanged for a smaller size, however the brand itself does not offer it in a smaller size.
You also mention only 1 fitted, however you mentioned to our support agent that 3 fitted fine? It would be helpful to know more about the other 2 items that also didn't fit, as we could have exchanged one of those for a different size.
Lastly, you mention you could have purchased an item for less than the subscription - as you used a discount, your first box was £39.50 and you received £520 worth of goods, with the cheapest one coming in at just over £100, so it would be great to know where you found these items for less than £39.50?
