“Great products and prompt delivery. Would be good if there was more info about sizes and how they relate to each other. Took me a long time to work out what I wanted. Also no idea about card weight and how that translates to how thick the card is. But an excellent company.”

“I don’t usually fill in forms about companies doing their job but when they go above and beyond I think it’s worth a mention. I have had several envelopes of different sizes from this company over the last year and they’ve all been good quality, well priced and efficiently delivered. Although I’m probably a very small buyer in the world of envelope buying, I have received excellent service and would recommend the Envelope People to anyone. Recently I was looking for some more envelopes to buy but couldn’t find all that I wanted and had left some in my basket, I then had an email about my order and an explanation why I couldn’t find the ones I was looking for at 7.45 pm on a Friday evening, 10 out of 10 for customer care - and late evening working! I find the introduction of Ellie Velope interesting and I hope she doesn’t become Flora Nohope and she isn’t the beginning of another company distancing itself from its customers, you can’t beat the personal touch!”
