“Absolutely amazing customer service! These days that seems to be becoming a rarity, so The Envelope People should be very proud. My order for personalised belly bands arrived very promptly however they were missing their personalisation. I sent an email advising, and within 24 hours had received an email confirming this would be resolved, and email confirming it was being re-processed and a further email confirming the item was dispatched and on its way. The product arrived and they were even more perfect than I could have imagined! Will definitely be back for more products in the future! Thanks”
