“Bought a dress for my girlfriend that was too big and there wasn't a smaller size available. Having not read the returns policy correctly (because I'm useless) I'd well and truly screwed up her birthday present. I got in touch with the company to beg for forgiveness and a return...and low and behold they let me return it past the 14 days. I Spoke to Ailish who was incredibly helpful and personable. Couldn't preach their praises highly enough.”

“The clothing is absolutely beautiful, unfortunatly my clothing was to big and to small so I Had to refund. Much to my surprise my Shipping didn't go so well, I couldn't sent it back so I asked for a solution. Eventually I Booked a vacation to London, and asked if it was okay to sent it once I was in London. They agreed and I shipped it once I was in London. It wasn't easier from there on, the mail service I was using was on strike and sent me that the package couldn't be delivered. Once I was home They were very kind and helpfull, eventually 2 weeks later the package arrived! I find this one of the best stores ever, not only because of the clothing but because of their great costumer service and kindness. Thank you!”

“After drooling for weeks, maybe months, I got a "it's your birthday" % off. Bought the Shake n'Boogie Orange Angel sleeve dress, the Lucy in the Sky floral bodysuit, and the white Whole Lotta Trouble white laceup go go boots. The fabric in the dress is a bit stiff, hoping it gets better, the bodysuit makes me feel like a butterfly and the boots........o the boots. Got blisters on a copule of toes, but that is because I ran all over town in them on day one, without socks or stockings or anything. So kind of deserved it. Showstopping. People laughed out loud they were so me. Absolutely fabulous. thanks so very much!”

“We had quite a few problems with custom bills which did not reach us, but friendly Ailish helped us to a secfond try, and the boots arrived and my daugter is very happy. Any problems might be on the shoulders of Boris Johnson and Brexit”
