“Everything about The Hippy Shake makes me happy. I love the fashion ,the vibe and the website. I am in Australia, I am part of a 60's 70's themed vintage band and love the entire range. I will be purchasing more garments. The color ,sizing and fabrics have been on point. Love you guys ,great customer service.”

“Poor customer service. I ordered a pair of boots and other items and I requested to pick up the parcel from a pick up shop. The parcel was delayed and I had to travel a day prior the parcel arrived. I rushed to the pick up location but the person at the counter could not give me the parcel as there was a problem with the QR code. I had to leave the package there. I emailed the hippie shake to request for the parcel to be sent back to them and to refund me as I was due to travel and was going to be away for a while. They said they had to wait for the parcel to get back to them automatically after a certain number of days. This is what happens if a customer does not collect the parcel on time so the courier automatically returns it but this was a different situation. I explained the retailer that it s not my fault if the QR code did not allow me to collect it. 4 days later the parcel appears to have been collected but by whom? It was not me as I was abroad. I tried to contact the hippie shake so many times to ask if they need a proof I was abroad etc but they just ignore the question and say they need to investigate and see what is happening before refunding me however they are investigating since weeks and looking into a problem they created in the first place. In the meantime they just do not accept any help from my side to show them I was abroad etc. They simply keep my money until they please!!! Absolutely outrageous! It is a shame as I like what they do but their customer service is poor. I requested several times if they could please give me a call etc. They do not have a number apparently. I would say they simply do not care about people who decide to shop from them. Avoid at all cost! Shame as I was a regular customer.”

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that this has now been resolved by a member of the team! Unfortunately there was an issue with the Parcel shop as usually our customers are able to collect in this manner with the QR code. The team has fed this back to Evri to avoid this happening again. We are unable to refund orders until they arrive back to our warehouse and as yours was marked as collected this delayed the process. Please note if the parcel is not collected it can take 1 week for it to be sent back. The team had to check to confirm the parcel's whereabouts as Evri often allow someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf if you unable to. “My absolute favourite vintage inspired shop with the loveliest custom service and the most beautiful sustainable designs and pieces 🌻 I've been buying from yall for years, making sure to save some money from time to time to properly treat myself. Attending my beloved 60s and 70s artists' concerts, I just have to put on a Hippie Shake dress to fully slip away into my lil dream world - and to capture that mocker/hippie/psychedelic spirit so perfectly is art! Whether I've worn my coffee velvet set for a job interview (that I actually got!), my dear mini from the Keith & Anita collection for a friends night out or my flowery blush dress to see The Who, I always felt it's my time to shine and I was looking beautiful ✨️ On behalf of all of us Shakers, thanks for putting your heart and soul into this shop and working so hard in order to bring to us what we couldn't have. “I was sooooo well cared for through more then a month while my order had to be returned to the store and then sent back to me all the way here in Brazil. Ailish who was talking to me via email, was incredible, pacient, very helpful and it made my experience as a costumer even better. Even though it too some work to me order to get to me, because I was so well accessorized by Ailish I would confidently be ordering more from the store in the future. Plus I’m IN LOVE with the products I got ❤️”

“These boots are a small size 7, I wish that I had ordered a size bigger. I am hoping that they will stretch with wear as they are quite expensive for being faux suede. I didnt quite know how to return them and/or if I would be liable for extra postage costs which these days is quite expensive when items have to be sent back and forth.”
