“The product is awesome but I've paid extra for fast delivery and unfortunately it arrives like a normal one. It's not The Hippie Shake fault. The size is quite smaller than I've expected but I'm happy at all ☮️❤️”

“The Hippie Shake is just the most wonderful company. Not only are their clothes well made, fit so well even for a curvy figure and just make you feel happy, but the customer service is top notch. Everyone I have dealt with has been so polite and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. :)”

“i am so disappointed with this service, i have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get a replacement as the item sent was damaged and they have now sent out the wrong size - each time i have to explain myself over and over and no one seems to be able to get the correct information - i am now having to wait longer. its so disappointing - i have no idea if now i can get a replacement - or if they will offer me a full refund or my money back the whole experience is a shambles. they keep saying they are a small team none the less- it cant be that hard to get an order right”

“Placed an order by the end of September, they've barely reached out and claim the shipping company hasn't gotten back to them. I have yet to receive the order and it was a gift for my sister who loves the 70s. This was meant to be my first order. Very disappointing - the clothes looked really good on the website. The shipping costs were also quite costly.”

“One of my orders went missing (shipping company’s fault, not Hippie Shake’s fault), and Ailish was SUPER helpful in regards to finding out what happened with my package, and keeping me updated during the process. Once it was determined that my package was lost, Ailish gave me the option of a full refund or a reshipment of my order as there were still replacements in stock for the clothing I ordered. I chose the reshipment, and Ailish had my order shipped and the tracking number provided by the following day. Hippie shake has excellent customer service in addition to their amazing products, and I will definitely continue to buy from them!”

“A strange process for ordering but I can't argue with the results! The shipping was quick and painless, and the quality of the items I ordered are fantastic. The customer support was also very kind, and helpful and needless to say, I will be buying from them again, as well as recommending them to anyone interested in a much higher quality of vintage clothing.”
