“I never signed up for a monthly service. I paid a $1 for one search and $9.95 for another on the same evening in June. I finally noticed I was being charged $20/month when I had NEVER signed up for that. Then typing in the website gives the message, "This website can't be reached" It's a scam, pure and simple. I do NOT believe all the positive reviews on this site that all sound alike. Stay away!! there are many websites with very similar names. I would avoid ALL of them”

“This website will automatically sign you up at a site called homechecksusacom from concard CA for $30.00 ( I think it might be a monthly subscription that you have to opt out of, but didn't know you were signing up for-maybe in the iddy bitty print???) after you pay the $1 for the property records ( which aren't particularyly useful-you can get most of this info on the auditor website and it isn't particularly accurate about who has lived there, etc). Thankfully, IF you catch it on your bank account, they say they will "close your account". That is still to be seen. I think this propertyrecord website is a total scam and just stealing money from consumers. My contact when I paid the buck for the property record (I wanted the legal description, which they cannot supply) was someone named Andy Wright and he assured me I was not overcharged...yet I was! Stay away from this site. Oh, and before I was charged this $30, they wanted me to submit this review about their site...clearly bull****.”
