“Disastrous using The(Arundel) turf laying experts of Pulborough. Read the other review by Tom with his photos which are exactly our experience. They took money fast enough in September 2022 then within a few weeks made excuses not to return when the lawn turned into a quagmire and with bare patches of earth, holes and rotting grass. They continue to ignore messages and will now be getting a Court Summons to pay us back all our money. Positive reviews here should not be trusted.”

“I would just like to say how impressed I have been by the service offered at a very reasonable rate. “I used this company recently and Adam and Jenson were great. They carried out the work quoted for and at a very good price too. My lawn looks amazing and they had a good tidy-up when they were done. Very happy I chose this company. I would recommend using them.”

“Beware: the positive reviews are written when the turf has just been laid and it looks ok. But the proof of the pudding with lawns is how it is when it’s taken root. The answer is poor. We had the same experience as Tony. This is because the company do not prepare the ground properly before laying and they lay the turf too fast. So the finished product is a very uneven lawn with dead patches. We got in 2 experienced gardeners and 2 other turf laying companies too look at the mess and they all said the same thing: this company has not done any ground preparation; have just dropped top soil on and turfed over the top. The aftercare is nil. We contacted the company and they grudgingly sent a team member to look at the lawn who agreed it was very uneven. He said they could even it for me. But thereafter, they didn’t bother to reply to phone calls or emails. So pay great attention to the bad reviews, they are accurate. I would strongly recommend you use a more experienced, more honourable company, even if they’re more expensive. This company does not give a toss.”

“I got a price via email within hours of contacting this company and being happy with the price, I went ahead with them. On the day, the team didn't stop and worked incredibly hard. They were a pleasure to have at my home and a credit to the company. The garden looks top notch and I will happily recommend using this company.”

“the turf laying experts live up to their name. their pricing was excellent and they were happy to beat other quotes that i got from a few other companys. when the fitters turned up to my house they were very polite and cheerful and didn't waste any time in getting to work. they didn't stop all day and now we have been left with a perfect new lawn. we will certainly use the turf laying experts again and can happily recommend this company. very happy customer.”

“After being let down by two other companies, I stumbled across this one online and got a response within hours. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I can't remember her name!) was so helpful. All my questions were answered and someone came out the next day to meet us and discuss the work. James and Lee were fantastic and put me at ease instantly. Finally, I have found a decent company to do what they said they would do!! And I couldn't be happier. My husband was shocked at how good the garden looked when he got back from work. I can happily recommend using this company and we are so thankful xx Thank you again turf laying experts xx”

“Everything from my initial phone call to my new lawn being laid, the service was beyond excellent. I spoke to someone on the phone who gave me a fixed quote right away and I shortly received an email confirming the work. I have never had such fast and efficient communication with any company. When the workers turned up at my property, they were extremely professional and a real credit to the company and a pleasure to talk to. They answered all my questions and couldn't have done more for me. They left me with a lot of information on caring for my new turf and my garden has been totally transformed. The lawn is flawless as is this company and I can happily recommend using them.”

“Outstanding. One of my neighbours recommended them and after sneaking a peek at her garden I had to book them in to do my lawn and am so glad I did. I have suggested them on my WhatsApp group and now my neighbours are getting quotes and asking them to do their lawns as well. Absolutely brilliant.”

“The grass is always greener on the other side!! Well not if you use The Turf Laying Experts. The grass will be greener on your side. From order to completion the company cannot be faulted. The installers are on nitro with the speed and they lay the turf nothing is a problem they are quick proffessional installers. If i could give them 10 stars they would get 10 out of 10.”
