“Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs I deeply regret choosing ‘The Website Master UK’ for my project. What started as a promise of professionalism and timely delivery has turned into a nightmare of delays, excuses, and lack of accountability. I hired them for an e-commerce website, including hosting, content creation, and integrations. Despite their promises, the project remains incomplete after 9+ months, with basic functionalities like payment and shipping modules still not implemented. They even attempted to charge me multiple times for services I had already paid for! Their customer service has been appalling. After months of back-and-forth, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. They even had the audacity to suggest that if I thought I could complete the website myself, I should just do it. This level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They advertise a “100% money-back guarantee,” but when I requested a refund due to their failure to meet the April 24th deadline, they refused. Instead, they offered empty promises and stalling tactics. I’ve lost over £3,000 in products due to their delays and have spent countless hours doing tasks their team was supposed to handle. This company has cost me not only money but also time, effort, and peace of mind. Their actions (or lack thereof) are dishonest and disrespectful. If you value your business and resources, stay far away from The Website Masters UK!!”
