“"I purchased a watch for my wife on-line with Tic. It arrived promptly, but she did not care for the watch. I returned the watch and received a notice of refund very promptly. This was handled very professionally by Tic. The only problem---not Tic's fault, was the very high cost(99.00 dollars) of DHL's shipping the watch back to Tic"”
