“For two months conversions would hang and when I reported the issue, for two month I got "please be patient while we submit this to our software developers" and "try this other product" which was 1x speed compared to 10x. No support other than the above was given and no refund for the two months of a non-working product was given. AVOID THIS PROGRAM. It's absolutely terrible and customer service is definitely deficient.”
