“Matt recently helped broker a bridging and development loan for a commercial to residential project borrowing close to £600k. I found him consistently available and helpful but he truly excelled with problem solving and communication between all parties reacting quickly to keep our application for finance and purchase on track. Would highly recommend and use again.”
