“I visited the timberland outlet on Saturday February 29th 2020. There was a sale going on for buy 1 get 1 70% off. An employee told us that it didn’t apply to the junior wheat 6’ boots only, which is what I really wanted, but I decided to get something else in order to receive the offer. We stood in-line for a loud 10 minutes (only 1 cashier) to only be told that it doesn’t apply to the other pair of boots that I chose either. Needless to say, because of the way she responded so harshly and rude. She lost the total sale for both men’s and junior.”
“A bit stressful trying to return a pair of boots as representatives didnt seem to know own policy. address label didn't turn up after a week but when yodel turned up to collect boots said they print the label themselves so needn't have waited a week. And as I'd sent for two pairs to gauge size and colour I really could do with the £108 refund!! Asap red boots not the bright red in expected but green boots great colour. Laces are made of ribbon so asked for extra pairs as don't think they'll last long. So far no reply re laces”
