“Didn't include email or phone number to Schenker which resulted in the package just sitting there for 2+ weeks until it was sent pack as I had no idea it had arrived.”
“Delivery so far (I’ve not yet received my order) is expected more than double the amount of days that was communicated from start. When I reached out they first said that my delivery would take two months and then changed and said 3-5 days. Communication channel is limited to chat function during office hours which I think is very bad considering our globalized world and available tech functionality.”
