“I’ve been a Tokeet customer for several years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and damaging to my business.
In April 2025, I paid for a full year’s subscription upfront. Without my consent, Tokeet unilaterally changed my plan, issued a partial refund, and cancelled my annual subscription. This left me unable to manage my OTA connections, putting me at risk of double bookings and financial loss.
At no point did I authorise an immediate cancellation of my account. Their actions represent a clear breach of contract, and communication has been slow, dismissive, and failed to address the issues I raised. Instead of resolving the matter, they forced me onto a new, much higher-priced monthly plan.
Businesses rely on stable software to manage bookings. Having a system you pay for upfront pulled out from under you mid-contract is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Tokeet: be very careful with their billing practices and customer support.”
“Tokeet does not have a customer support phone number. They have live chat thing but it is nightmare to get technical issues resolved via live chat because the agents don't really seem to care about their customers. We use Tokeet's website module and we have been receiving calls and emails from our customers complaining that our website is showing invalid SSL certificate error and our customers can't get to the website. It has been 4 days of constant chasing Tokeet tech support via live chat but they either don't have a clue how to provide a valid SSL or they just don't care and ignoring all my message. I also asked them how I can escalate this issue but yet again they just ignored my message.”
“Milka has once again, sorted an error on my side within seconds. Last week she even reach out to be an spotted an error on my calendar without me even asking for support.
