I just love it. my go-to-soundbank for the last 2 weeks. it inspires me for new tracks - a kind of cinematic-ambient-electronica

Hi Tom, I am not a professional musician just an old retired Guitar player that loves Ambient type of music. I am not a Keyboard player either but love using a lot of your pads... Just finished a song using your AngelicBreeze from Tom Wolfe's Binaural Soundscapes/Textures Playable. I use Soundscape where all music seems to fade away. https://soundclick.com/song/15204036 Kirk Bauer

Tom Wolfe's presets never disappoint and his latest iteration, Meditations for Omnisphere 3, I believe is his best preset bank to date. The Binaural editions of the presets generally, are outstanding. Tom's sound design videos are also useful for creating new sounds in Omnisphere but as there are so many presets that he has created, one doesn't have to try too hard to get the sound for a project with a few adjustments where necessary. Some may see it as a 'lazy' way to find the right sound but in this day and age of expedience, it really is a no brainer. I hope that Tom continues to produce such great work.

The sounds aer very meditative. The bowls/bells do capture well the sounds of carious meditation methods, as well as some of the "sound bath" techniques that go along with some youga disciplines.

Tom's sounds are always in my tracks and cues. He seems to really know what composers are looking for and what will work. His concept of a basic sound and then the efx that he paires with that sound make for easy and quick inspiration.

All of your Omnisphere presets are excellent. I generate WAV files from different virtual instruments and turn them into MIDI files. I load the MIDI files into my DAW and for the first time I used the Omnisphere VST and several of the Fractal Pt 2 and Astralis presets. I got some interesting results.

I think it offers a variety of presets and if you get the whole collection you won’t be disappointed. Cinematic and Ambient are my main styles.

Not complaining about the presets as such - I got them as part of a black friday deal, so they were a nice bonus. Only comment would be that they were very simplistic and easily made by myself - I totally understand that they would be ideal to sit in a mix unobtrusively but I would only normally purchase preset packs that push the boundaries of sound design and achieve something that I couldn't do myself.

I own several packages of Tom Wolfe's Presets for Omnisphere and have been very satisfied with the quality and attention to detail that Tom puts into his products. Most recently I upgraded to Omnisphere 3 and grabbed a few of Tom's new binural presets to try out. Right away I found several that worked for my music. They are one of my favorites libraries for musical variety and usefullness in my compsitions.

Some presets are very sharp and some are very harsh to ears and some are very electronic. The sleep preset pack is best Rest of them are great and value to money. I love it next i will buy astralis when in budget.

Hi Mian, thanks for your review! I do try to get a range of timbres into my soundbanks, so some presets will have harsher tones. Glad you like Sleep - this and Astralis are both very good choices for softer sounds.
