“Stated my correct delivery address. Wong one put on parcel. Can’t access it and hard to get on to delivery company.”

“On previous orders, you guys have been great. I always receive in about three days without any problems. My recent order a week ago appears to be taken by Customs? I have tried contacting you via email and Facebook to ask what I should do, but no one has responded to me yet. I will be hesitant to order from the site again, and will try and find a supplier who stocks locally.”
