Transfer to are always very helpful. Particularly the UK customer service team. Quick to respond to messages and contact you to make sure the at everything is ok with the bookings. I recently booked two one way journeys from an airport and they just wanted to check that it was correct. There was a problem with payment and the team were very helpful and sorting this out quickly.
