Everything from the actual booking if the service to the pickup, the friendliness, the flexibility was more than perfect. The driver was really friendly and understanding of my situation. He adjusted the pickup location according to my needs and waited for me to finish taking the COVID Test. Highly Recommended

I am writing this review from Vancouver, Canada. Transferro is not a local company, and customers should not be influenced solely by its low advertised prices. The company is neither Canadian nor American, and a substantial portion of the fare is retained by the platform, with drivers reportedly receiving less than half of the payment. When drivers are undercompensated, service quality can be impacted. Additionally, Transferro does not own or operate its own vehicles and functions similarly to ride-hailing platforms. I encourage customers in Vancouver to support local, established, and reliable transportation businesses rather than overseas-based companies.

Beware of this operation. I booked an airport transfer for arrival into LGA. My early morning flight was delayed in Kansas City for three hours. I texted the delay to the driver, who also had the flight information that Transfeero touts that it monitors. No response until he texts that he is at the airport at the original time. He charges a no show, and I have no ride when I arrive. Transfeero customer service provided zero help. I will only use reputable services like Blacklane in the future. Transfeero is unreliable and disreputable.

Transfeero had hidden fees that were not disclosed when booking. A car and driver was $300, the driver pulled over before we got back to the hotel and said they were charging $8 (US dollars) a km over 140 km. I booked to the Burj Khalifa and back so they knew how many kilometers I was going. Demanded another $600 in the additional miles. We were absolutely stunned beyond comprehension. Never ever book through Transfeero.

I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my recent issue. What should have been an easy and professional process turned out to be stressful due to delayed communication and lack of initiative from your team. Instead of making progress, the support process caused further confusion and wasted time. This experience has raised doubts about your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary changes, I am relieved TRAKMINT.ORG resolved the whole issue promptly.

This is a seriously dodgy company. Driver turned up late for an airport transfer with a flight nearly missed. No apology made. Much worse than that, though, was that the driver had his hands and eyes on his phone and not the road throughout the journey, got beeped at multiple times and frankly the experience was scary and dangerous. When reported to Transfeero, they shrugged their shoulders, said that because the journey had been completed, no complaint was valid.

The driver did not arrive on time and did not inform me in advance that he would be late, even though I wrote to him several hours before the scheduled pickup. Booking Id 78305902

Better to get a taxi. Plane was delayed an hour getting to Paris from JFK and they left with no one to pick us up. Dear Richard, we are deeply sorry but as you can see in our booking conditions, even if the driver will monitor the flight number to notice any delay, we cannot guarantee they will be able to wait longer than the 1h of free waiting time included in the service, as it depends on their availability and their schedules. I'm afraid that in this case it was not possible for them to wait longer, and a refund is no longer possible at this time, since we will still need to pay them for reserving part of their schedule for the ride and for waiting. It's not merily a matter of our earnings, as we do care for the customer satisfaction, but it's a matter of having to pay the driver who was scheduled for the ride, has waited and refused other services for this. We kindly ask for your understanding Best regards, Martina Customer Service Representative Transfeero

The ride from the resort to the airport with driver Sean was awful!! He was more than 30 mins late in coming. To pick us up. Our pick up was for 1:35, at 1:30 he called and said he was going to be 10 mins late, then at 1:40 he called and said he forgot the booster that he will be another 10 mins late. Eventually he showed up at like 2:10pm, no apology, no remorse, poor customer service! When we got to the airport, he was in such a hurry; he forgot to put the car in park, placed it in neutral instead, jumped out of the car and the car started moving backwards with my 2 young kids in the car with my husband and myself. Realizing the car was still moving, he jumped back in the car and put the car in park, yet again, no apology, zero care about our safety!! When I asked him are you in such a hurry to make such a mistake, all he said was “yes, I am!” He had to be prompted to apologize! The whole thing was chaotic!! Would not use this company again nor recommend them!!!

Review: Absolutely Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with this transfer service, and I can't stress enough how disappointing it was. They failed to pick up passengers for a transfer to Bergamo airport and didn’t bother to inform us until last minute. We received a cancellation message just 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, claiming a car breakdown. To make matters worse, their driver was completely unaware he was supposed to pick anyone up! Not only did they leave us stranded over 100 km from the airport, but they also didn’t offer any assistance to arrange an alternative transfer. This is beyond unacceptable! It’s outrageous for a company to abandon their passengers like this, especially when they are trying to catch a flight. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This company is anything but reliable. Save your money and your sanity!

They cancelled a confirmed booking. Since it was close to when we needed the car it costs us a lot more to book another one. A reliable company would not do that

I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews — in fact, I think people can sometimes be too quick to complain. But our experience with Transfeero was among the worst I’ve ever had, and frankly, it felt like a scam. We booked an airport transfer to our accommodation and everything seemed fine — until our flight was delayed by about an hour. We let our driver know right away, and he replied saying he couldn’t wait because he had another pickup. Odd, since our trip was approx a 1 hour round trip. We asked if another driver could take over, and were told he'd checked with the company and they "don't care". The drivers words, not mine. Our flight eventually landed about 1h15 late. We tried to contact Transfeero (not easy) to arrange another ride, but they were no help and flat-out refused a refund. For a company that specializes in airport transfers, their complete inflexibility around a very common flight delay was baffling — until we found out why. The customer service rep told us the driver went to the airport anyway, knowing we wouldn’t be there, marked the job as completed, and got paid. Transfeero thought this was perfectly acceptable — even though we’d given almost four hours notice of the delay. No reschedule. No refund. Just “job done.” We escalated the complaint. The next day, we received a robotic email offering a 10% discount and suggesting that maybe our airline could refund the €90 fare. That response was laughable and insulting. Oh, and we ended up finding our own taxi (which took a while, due to needing a baby seat) — and it only cost €70. So yes — Transfeero not only delivered awful customer service, but they also charged more than a regular taxi and kept the money without providing the service. A complete rip-off.

I booked with Transferro all my transfers while in Canada None of the vehicles that I booked were mini bosses but were sent. Instead, they either send two cars or one car for maximum for passengers. We were eight passengers at first and the last transfer we were six and we had to hire a taxi at the last minute to go to the airport because we could not fit in the car they sent us I never got the car I booked. This company offers something they cannot provide , they are Very unreliable I will not use them again and do not recommend those transfers

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Transfeero. We had booked a large van for a transfer from Malaga to Marbella. Due to a storm, our flight was delayed by an hour. I promptly informed the contact listed in our confirmation email, a gentleman named Driss Alami, who initially acknowledged the delay without any issue. However, once we boarded the flight, I received a message from the driver stating he was en route to the airport and would only wait for an hour. Despite explaining to both Driss and the driver that I had already communicated the delay well in advance, they refused to be flexible. Driss, in particular, was quite dismissive and unhelpful, citing Transfeero’s strict terms and conditions and claiming there was nothing he could do due to a busy schedule. Upon arrival, the driver said he would wait for just 15 more minutes. Unfortunately, by the time we exited the airport — only 10 minutes past the one-hour mark — he had already left. There was no apology, no assistance offered, and no refund provided. We were traveling with two young children, and this lack of understanding or customer care was incredibly frustrating and distressing. I would not recommend Transfeero to anyone expecting reliable or empathetic service.

Made arrangement for pick up at Vienna Hampton inn hotel at Austria to the Vienna international airport . The app was easy to use and even gave us notice 24 hours before who the driver was, what type of car and confirm day and time of pickup. The driver aAmid show up on time, on a very clean car and delivered us safely to the airport. Will use this service again. Dulce and Garry Goddard used service 5/27

Avoid This Service – Extremely Disappointing Experience We booked a premium taxi service for 4am and informed the driver in advance that we would be collecting a friend en route. When our friend took five minutes to come downstairs, the driver became aggressive—shouting at us, throwing our luggage out of the car, and even physically pushing the door closed when I attempted to open it. He refused to let our friend enter the vehicle, leaving her stranded on the street. I was left in tears. Despite my distress, the driver said nothing—only that he “had another appointment” as he sped recklessly through the streets. This ordeal cost us €140 for a 20-minute journey that was anything but premium. To make matters worse, when we reported the incident, the initial call handler was sympathetic. But once we received email confirmation, the tone changed. We were told the driver did “nothing wrong”, that he was “calm and kind”, and that we were the problem. Because we had stayed in the car (under duress to catch a flight), we were refused even a partial refund. Apparently, being harassed, shouted at, and emotionally distressed is acceptable—so long as you don’t exit the vehicle. A service that positions itself as premium should not treat customers this way. When something goes wrong, the minimum expectation is acknowledgment, responsibility, and some form of resolution—not denial and deflection. This was not a one-off inconvenience. It was a completely inappropriate, upsetting situation that was mishandled at every stage. I hope this post prevents others from enduring the same.

The driver did not show up at the airport. I had no way to contact the driver who apparently arrived (if that is true) at Charles de Gaulle airport 5 hours before the advised arrive time. I was just starting my holiday in Europe and I was in no mood to start it by chasing up Transfeero. After a few failed email attempts I gave up on a refund. Transfeero still have my 75Euro. I took a taxi which cost just 50 Euro. Lesson learned, never use Transfeero. I was left at CDG late at night looking for a ride that was never going to be there.

Dealing with a trading platform’s customer service was draining, but Mrs. Olivia and her team turned things around. They were prompt, clear, and extremely professional from the start. Thanks to their help, I finally got a resolution I was happy with. I’ll be recommending them to anyone facing similar problems!

I paid extra to get this transfer service because I was traveling with my baby. Not toddler, not young child, but baby. I specifically requested a rear facing baby seat. I paid in advance. The driver turned up with a child’s seat. At this point I desperately needed to get me and my baby to the next destination so I could feed her, so I kind of had no choice but to just hold her in my lap while she screamed the whole way. I was helped with luggage at the other end but I specifically booked Transferoo because the website promised availability of the right kind of car seat. Moreover - what Transferoo doesn’t disclose is that they just palm off your request to another company who contact you and ask all the same questions. They are basically just matching you up with random drivers.
