Disappointed by Lack of Accountability I booked an airport pickup and provided the correct flight number well in advance. The flight arrived early — not delayed or canceled — and yet there was no driver at the airport when the passenger landed. Given that early arrivals are common and easy to track, I expected the company to monitor the flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly, as most professional services do. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and the passenger was left without transportation. What’s more disappointing is that after reaching out to explain the situation, the company refused to offer any form of compensation or even acknowledge the lapse in service. I wasn’t asking for much — just a gesture of goodwill or recognition that something went wrong. I’m sharing this review so others are aware. I had hoped for better accountability and customer care.

I paid a premium for this car service to include a meet and greet at baggage claim with porter service like every other car service company besides Uber and was very disappointed and upset that they told me AFTER I landed at the airport that they couldn't come to baggage claim to meet us even though they had asked what name we want on the sign at pickup. What good is that if you're just picking us up outside where the Ubers pickup? The driver told us the company wouldn't pay for him to park in the garage to meet us inside! So we had to haul our luggage outside just as though we were getting a ride share service even though I paid more than 3 times as much. What a rip off and total false advertising. Be aware, do not hire if you're looking for an actual car service, not just an airport pickup.

We booked our transfer from the Lisbon Airport to our hotel in center city. Joao Xavier was our driver and couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Communicated with us through What's App letting us know a day in advance he'd be our driver and giving us contact info. He checked to see our flight would be earlier than anticipated and was there early for us. His communications made us feel really relaxed about the whole process. The vehicle was nice and clean. Our driver Joao was friendly and gave great advice on where to eat and what to see. The process of booking was easy and we tracked everything through the app as well. Based on our Lisbone experience, we would use them again.

Do not book with this company to pick you or a relative at an airport. They don’t accommodate airline cancellations or delays. They will be left stranded if you do.

I am deeply unhappy to have used Transfeero for our trip between Trudeau Airport and downtown Montreal. Having a 10-month-old baby and knowing that ordinary taxis most often do not have car seats, I opted for a limousine at $137, requesting the car seat option (expressly offered) and specifying (because you are asked) the weight and age of my baby in order to have a suitable car seat for him. However, when we arrived at the airport, the driver was not at exit 24 reserved for limousines only, he asked us to come and meet him further away (which the drivers of real limousines advised us not to do, telling us that only limousines can park at exit 24 and that it was therefore probably not one). Having paid in advance online and my baby being tired, I decided to go anyway... I was wrong: we ended up in an old Chrysler Pacifica minivan, dirty and cluttered with all sorts of things (including a soccer ball and old newspapers). Better: the driver didn't speak French and barely English, he was writing messages on WhatsApp while driving. Even worse: he arrived with a simple booster seat suitable for children over 5 years old, so my baby made the journey in my arms. Honestly, for 137 dollars, it's scandalous! It's even more so when you know that the price of the ordinary taxi (which the car 169 that picked us up obviously was) ride between downtown Montreal and YUL is stuck at 48 dollars for a day trip. So we were purely and simply ripped off, the service offered having nothing to do with the one that had been sold. This is the first and last time I use Transfeero services.

We had a very bad experience with Transfeero in Jamaica. The driver never came to pick us up from the resort to the airport. He never called us. The day before the pick up we received a text message with the booking confirmation # and driver's name, his phone #. On the day of pick no one showed up. We called the driver and he stated his boss didn't inform him about this transfer, and he cannot come to pick us up and we can take a taxi from the resort. We were very disappointed. It was first and last time to use this company for our transfers.

We had the worst experience imaginable with Transfeero. After booking a transfer in advance, we arrived at Miami Airport with our infant baby, expecting a smooth and reliable service. Instead, we were left stranded for 3 hours with the driver only waiting a certain amount of time but we were delayed because of the immigration lines at Miami airport. The driver made contact with me and told me “I'm over staying, to take care of you, hope you do the same for me.” (IE make sure he gets an additional tip!!!!!) He then blocked my telephone number once we were all in the arrivals hall. Their customer service was utterly useless — no clear communication, no resolution, and no apology. We were forced to scramble for alternative transportation while dealing with the stress of traveling with an infant. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Transfeero to anyone, especially families. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

We booked a standard van from our hotel to Mexico City airport on January 1st at 5:00 am. According to your website: Customers who need to transport large groups can opt for the Van Standard Class service, which uses a Mercedes Vito or Ford Transit model, or a similar class vehicle. Enjoy a reliable transfer at a great price. However a guy with a ford explorer arrived instead of the van. A ford explorer is substantially smaller than a ford transit. Since we have a lot of stuff that’s why we booked a van, not an SUV. But an SUV did arrive. Next, because our stuff wouldn’t all fit he refused to take us at all. We had to call an Uber to get the rest of our things. Finally he refused to drop us off at the departures area of the airport so we had to walk 1km to the correct area with our things. The driver, Ben, was very rude and wanted not to make the trip at all.

On October 11, 2024, I fell and broke my kneecap on the third day of our two-week vacation in Italy. I had to be rushed back to the States for emergency surgery, so I booked a Transfeero taxi to take us to the airport the next morning. Thirty minutes later, the hotel where we were staying offered to drive us to the airport, so I cancelled the taxi reservation. Despite the fact that the reservation was for the next day and was made less than an hour before I phoned to cancel, Transfeero refused to refund the full amount of the reservation ($651.17), a cruel and heartless response.

The below is the exact complaint I recently raised to Transfeero. In response I was offered a 10% discount on future travel which I politely declined. I will not be using their services again. There were several major issues with my transfer from Florence Airport to Villa Cetinale on Wednesday 30th October. 1) Despite specifically requesting two car seats for babies - and having it confirmed that they would be there - the driver arrived with no car seats. This meant that my friends had to travel with their babies on their laps. I consider this to be utterly unacceptable and exceptionally dangerous. This is illegal in Italy and I am extremely surprised that Transfeero are not aware of this. Unfortunately we were offered no alternative and were left with no choice but to continue with the transfer. 2) Your booking app has two addresses for Villa Cetinale. One was the correct address (a luxury private wedding venue in Tuscany) and the other a random private address in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately by accident I selected the wrong address on the booking which meant our driver took us to the wrong location. Why your transfer app lists a private address - which has probably never even selected by a Transfeero customer - is absolutely beyond me. The unnecessary confusion this caused is unacceptable. I acknowledge my mistake but I should not have been offered two identical addresses when booking. 3) When the wrong address issue was identified I was asked by the driver to speak to a Transfeero representative. I was told by the representative that an additional fee would need to be paid in order for the driver to take us to the correct Villa Cetinale, however I was not told how much it would be. When we were approximately 20 minutes from the correct Villa Cetinale we pulled over and I was asked to get 200 EUROS CASH out of an ATM. There was absolutely no indication given to me by the Transfeero representative that the additional fee would be so high. This is also unacceptable. I also have no proof that this was the correct amount to withdraw but was put in a position by the driver where I had absolutely no choice. Had I refused to pay I am 100% sure that he would have asked us all to get out of the taxi and left us stranded.

Our experience with Transfeero taxi services in Italy was certainly memorable – they know how to "take you for a ride" 😊. This wasn't just about the taxi ride in Rome, but particularly about how their global customer service responded to a complaint. We had pre-booked a child seat, but when the taxi arrived, there was no seat. Four of us can confirm this, and when we asked the driver in both English and Italian, he said he was unaware of any child seat request. When we contacted customer service, they initially acknowledged the child seat request but soon changed their tone, adopting what felt like courtroom tactics to cast doubt, implying "confusion" on our part. Eventually, they informed us that their local partner had confirmed the driver did provide the child seat, and that this resolves the complaint. Their final response also included an extensive legal disclaimer stressing the client's obligations and the company's non-obligations. Our complaint was straightforward: there was no child seat, not an issue with the type of seat. We said there wasn’t a seat; they claimed there was. If a seat had been there, why would we go through the trouble of telling them otherwise? We weren’t asking for a refund – just letting them know they hadn’t delivered the promised service. The ease with which Transfeero’s customer service dismissed the issue makes us wonder if this is their usual approach: deny any problem exists, and call it settled. There was a similar case described in Tripadvisor reviews just last month. It’s reminiscent of an old Donald Duck story, where Lawyer Sharky settles disputes with “flickus flackus fumdeedledum,” meaning, “how can you prove it didn’t happen?” 😊

Incredibly disappointed in this company! Not only do they remove your partner account based on a false report made to them about a booking you never received claiming you are onselling their bookings, but they have no understanding or concept of other providers booking management systems. Furthermore, they don't contact you to discuss the matter or offer you a chance to repute the claims or discuss any rectifications, but they also go against their own policies. The partner manager is rude, disrepectful and thinks because he is italian he is better than everyone else! His management is appauling, his team is disrespectful and they refuse to pay all outstanding monies owed immediately. They make false claims based on fake evidence and when asked to produce the evidence, they claim they don't have to provide it. Do not book with this company. They show no concerns for the customer, they show no respect to their partners and should not be allowed to continue to operate in overseas markets. BIG RED NO!

Horrible experience paid almost $250aud for what I thought would be a premium service as they falsely advertised a Mercedes minivan, for a transfer from airport to hotel in Dubai, they sent me a broken down old toyota, I had to load the car with my 70yr old dad in 39deg heat, he had hot water to offer us, the luggage was falling on us during the ride as we were holding our sleeping kids. Worst part is I spoke to customer service and they did nothing at all. I come to Dubai regularly, the transfer they provided would max cost $50aud. They charged me 5 times the rate. If I paid that I wouldn’t mind but I purposely paid for a premium service.

Extremely Disappointing Experience! I'm very frustrated with their service. This was my first and will be my last time using their service. I cannot recommend it to anyone, the customer service refused to refund the money or help, I specifically booked a Mercedes Vito van or similar and got a Toyota KDH

ZERO STARS! Driver was not there and spoke over the phone saying they weren’t coming to my disabled mother as she was traveling solo to a foreign country to meet me. She spoke to the “manager”who would not provide a name. The manager was rude and disrespectful. They called my mother almost two hours after she landed to accuse her of leaving! Unbelievable. The service is for pickup upon arrival not pickup two hours later. They charge a good amount of money for this service that they do not provide. Apparently this is a common theme. They leave people stranded all over. Read the reviews. They put the good ones at the top and it is incredibly unhelpful. What is the point of review if only the good ones show up. I have been in service industry over 20 years and I have never encountered a service that fails to provide customers the service they paid for and then not give a refund or apology, yet instead be rude! Unprofessional. Fraudulent.

Left us stranded at the airport, no contact nor support, say they will wait for 1 hour our pick was due at 11.45am the person left the airport at 12.16pm. They didn't wait the hour. Left a bad review on another site and they asked me to reach out that was false they are doing nothing about it at all. Do not trust them there are far better services out there.

This company advertises that it specializes in airport transfers but will not give you a refund if your flight cancels. My family and I had multiple flight cancellations and finally found one two hours from our destination. We booked this company online to drive us the two hours. Just 27 minutes after booking, our flight cancelled and I immediately notified the company of the cancellation. This was also 6.5 hours prior to the pickup so they had not done any work yet. They have adamantly refused to refund my $900 because it was not cancelled within 24 hours. No traveler will know if their flight is cancelled or if an emergency comes up 24 hours in advance. Avoid this company at all costs! Find one that understands that things happen that are not the fault of the one booking the service and will work with you. They made $900 off me for doing nothing other than confirming my booking. Don't be the next victim. I have read many others had the same issues.

Do not use this company! I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled a pick up at LaGuardia because I was moving and had a lot of luggage and my cat. Their website specifically says "meet and greet" and "porter service" and I outlined what I needed and why in the instructions. Not only was I not met at the baggage claim, I receive no help from the driver. He provided absolutely no assistance with my luggage or anything else. I would have been better off just getting an Uber XL. When I asked for a refund, I was told that since I actually took the ride, they would not give me one. They did not actually provide the service they advertise other than the drive itself which any Uber/Lyft/taxi could do.
