“Condizioni igieniche molto basse, sia della vettura che dell’autista. La vettura era molto sporca internamente ed È improbabile che La vettura fosse stata sanificata prima del nostro viaggio, diversamente da quanto scritto nel sito. Anche l’autista, per quanto disponibile e puntuale, aveva la giacca macchiata.”

“Our service was excellent. For a family of four (including 2 small children), we had a lot of luggage and needed two different vans/drivers. We also needed to pick our dog up from the animal lounge. The drivers coordinated, and one waited 2 hours for me to retrieve my pet. They were awesome, and their kindness meant everything after moving our family halfway across the world.”

“Excellent service from Pisa to Florence, booked a return as we were impressed and was the same driver and vehicle, but slightly different price. Easy booking and confirmation 3 hours before collection.”

“Good service from airport to hotel.. Incredibly poor service on return trip to airport.. driver insisted on coming an hour after agreed pickup time as he said an hour would have been loads of time in airport... in the end arrived to collected us almost an hour and a half after collection time that I booked.. almost missed flight as a result of this”
