Giving a one star is complete charity. The high rating is what got me to hire these people, and what a deception that was. I hired these people to pick up some relatives, one of which who is disabled, and both are elderly at an airport for a wedding. I was very nervous about it because I wanted everything to go smoothly so this place because they had a meet and greet, which by the way they don’t, despite advertising it. Their meet and greet is the driver has your name on his cell phone, that’s it. I called many times to make sure that things would go over well, and that they would be met at baggage with this alleged meet and greet place and I was told no problem every time. This was a total lie. This lackluster organization left my relatives stranded at the airport, didn’t know where their driver was, and offered zero help. We had to arrange another car service to come in and pick them up, who did so in a fast and professional manner…we were grateful that we ran into another vendor to combat these clowns at Transfeero, and now we have a new business car service when we go to Chicago. Transfeero is not the end vendor not by a long shot. When you hire Transfeero, you’re not hiring a driver, your hiring a contractor of transfeero. The only thing that transferro does is take your money, if one of their “Partners” fails, that’s your problem as their customer. Additionally, those of you who enjoy privacy…pay special attention, I was able to get my relatives private confirmation number, that they had lost, from Alex, who didn’t even bother to contact my relatives to find out who I was before he emailed me there pick up information and confirmation number via email. Yes, he asked if me some innocuous questions, but it’s good to know that after just a few questions you can get somebody else’s confirmation number and pick up information without this company even bothering to contact the paying client. When we complained about the no-show, we were told it’s not Transfeero Limo‘s fault, they blamed it on a local “partner” and offered his contact information Articus Lifestyles LLC 3719 15th St, 53144, Kenosha, US And the company’s email address which this site won’t allow me to publish but it’s not even a professional email address. It’s a junkie Gmail account. But hey, it’s free….. and that must be an awfully big selling point for a Transfeero “partner” (US) +15 202 271 918. Alex from Transfeero told me “You have booked THROUGH us from a company which we don't possess. We are not responsable for what our partner does in this case, the only thing we can assure is our service.” 🤣. Is anybody wondering, as I am, what service Alex is actually speaking of? So just know that this company may or may not show up, they use contractors as the end vendor and then do not assume responsibility if there is an issue….lastly, your privacy is about the last thing that they care about, but if you are seeking to find out somebody’s confirmation number, and information about their pick up and don’t want people to know who paid for the pick up then these are your people.
