“Prompt, friendly, and clear with communications before pickup. Highly recommend - used it to and from the airport. Booked the return trip well in advance and was as smooth as you like. Great service”

“The driver came half an hour to late (because of trafic problems), but he was very friendly to us. The car was not the one we ordered. We ordered a luxury sedan (Mercedes E-class or equal) and we got a Mercedes van, also luxury, but not what we ordered and paid for.”

“Condizioni igieniche molto basse, sia della vettura che dell’autista. La vettura era molto sporca internamente ed È improbabile che La vettura fosse stata sanificata prima del nostro viaggio, diversamente da quanto scritto nel sito. Anche l’autista, per quanto disponibile e puntuale, aveva la giacca macchiata.”

“Our service was excellent. For a family of four (including 2 small children), we had a lot of luggage and needed two different vans/drivers. We also needed to pick our dog up from the animal lounge. The drivers coordinated, and one waited 2 hours for me to retrieve my pet. They were awesome, and their kindness meant everything after moving our family halfway across the world.”
