Booking process was easy and quick. I was early at airport arrivals in Doha, and whilst the driver was not there, he was on time for my booking. So far so good. Unfortunately the driver dropped me at the wrong hotel and left before reception explained this me. I checked the hotel on my booking and on the confirmation and my booking was correct, the driver had left me at the wrong place. I had to make my own way to my hotel with suitcases. I complained via the app to Transfeero and they acknowledged the complaint. I was told I would have an answer in 24 hours. After one day there was no response and no explanation or apology. After 48 hours I got a response asking for receipts to prove how I got to my final destination so they could reimburse me. I had not asked to be reimbursed for anything, I had simply pointed out that that their service had failed and to see what their reaction would be. Their approach here showed they are solely transactional and have little care for the customer experience itself. Eventually I received a reply from Ferdinando offering 10% off my next ride. No explanation or apology for the failure to perform the contract I had entered into, not for the inconvenience caused. The discount is meaningless as I will not use them again. I have sent them five emails to ask them to confirm that they consider an airport transfer that leaves the customer at the wrong hotel as a completed journey and that their contract has been fulfilled - so far these emails have been ignored. My advice, choose a different company for your transfers.

Do not use this service. The communication and administration was good. But our ride who communicated he was at the airport, was not there when we exited after an international flight. He then told us 10 minutes then 20.. I called him and the administration several times. We then had to take our elderly parents to a parking garage to meet the driver - this type of service should result in a refund. This is not worth paying for - you can get other private services that are actually reliable and know what to do when they make a mistake.

The driver was very nice, as too was the car that picked us up. The only problem was they were taking us to the wrong resort so a 40 minute transfer ended up being 2hrs.

Freundlicher Fahrer, Auto zu groß (Bus statt Limousine), zu viel Kommunikation (andauernd emails, SMS, ...)

Unser höchstes Ziel ist es, jede Buchung einwandfrei ausführen und sowohl Partner als auch Kunden zufrieden stellen zu können. Es kann manchmal vorkommen, dass man ein kostenloses Upgrade innerhalb seiner Buchung erhält, das heißt, wenn ein Kunde eine Standard Class bucht, kann es sogar sein dass er mit einem First-Class Van abgeholt wird, da unserem Partner eventuell zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein anderes Fahrzeug zur Verfügung steht. Wir würden uns freuen Sie auch in Zukunft als unseren Kunden begrüßen zu können und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Flight was delayed through no fault of our own and initially said we had to pay an extra 10€ and then later said we’d have to repay the whole cost of the booking. Also was a total rip off fee - ended up getting a taxi and cost about half as much. Do not recommend.

Dear Megan Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, however we feel we have to respond to clarify what happened. You forgot to write in your review that your flight was diverted to another airport in a totally different region. We only knew about the flight 10 minutes before landing and therefore our driver was already at the airport waiting for you. A professional driver who was already at the airport 30 minutes before landing, you complain that you had to pay a € 10.00 supplement to move the pick-up by 2 hours (since you arrived with a bus from the other region). In addition to the cost of the transfer € 30.00, you complain that the driver had to remain at your disposal for over 3 hours for only € 10.00 more (this is not respectful for those who work). You called back and communicated later that you would arrive even later. Obviously, the driver to wait for a total of 5 hours requested to be paid for another 30 €. We have respect for the work of our drivers who make themselves totally available to our customers, and it is right that this is paid. Transfeero Team
