Our service was excellent. For a family of four (including 2 small children), we had a lot of luggage and needed two different vans/drivers. We also needed to pick our dog up from the animal lounge. The drivers coordinated, and one waited 2 hours for me to retrieve my pet. They were awesome, and their kindness meant everything after moving our family halfway across the world.
